About PharmXchange

A B2B pharma discovery and RFQ marketplace.

PharmXchange is where businesses post pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements for relevant verified manufacturers to quote on, and where ready stock is found and listed in the Clearance Zone. It facilitates discovery, quotations and connections between businesses — it does not manufacture, sell, ship or settle transactions.

Legal name: PharmXchange Private Limited

What PharmXchange does

  • Get it made

    Third-party manufacturing

Buyers post a structured requirement — category, dosage form, quantity. Matching finds the relevant manufacturers, and only fully verified manufacturers among them receive it and can quote with their rate, MOQ and lead time. Buyers compare the quotes they receive, and their identity stays masked until they choose to connect.

  • Find it ready

    Clearance Zone

Stock that is ready now, from either side of the trade: find what a seller already holds, or publish what you need. Publishing a listing or a requirement costs PharmXCoins; responding to one, revealing and connecting are free.

How it works for each side

For buyers

  • Posting a requirement costs PharmXCoins. Receiving quotes, revealing a manufacturer and connecting are free.
  • Matching decides relevance, and only fully verified manufacturers among the relevant ones receive your requirement and can quote.
  • No quote, number of quotes or response time is guaranteed.
  • Your identity stays masked until you choose to connect.

For manufacturers

  • Register on the platform and get fully verified. Only fully verified manufacturers receive requirements and can quote.
  • Receive the relevant requirements in the markets your plan covers: Domestic, or Domestic + Global.
  • Quoting is unlimited and never uses PharmXCoins.
  • No brokerage is taken — the deal, and the margin, stay between you and the buyer.

What verification means

Verification checks a business’s identity and the documents it submits, such as licences. It is a check on who a business says it is — not a judgement on what it makes.

  • Business

    Identity checked

  • Documents

    Licences on file

  • Capability

    Manufacturing scope declared

What it is not

  • Not a facility audit

PharmXchange does not audit manufacturing facilities or inspect products.

  • Not a regulatory approval

PharmXchange is not a regulator. A licence on file is not a regulatory approval, and an FDA registration is not an FDA approval.

  • Not a certification

A certification a manufacturer lists, such as WHO-GMP, is information it provides. Ask for the certificate and confirm its validity and scope yourself. PharmXchange itself holds no manufacturing certifications.

  • Declared is not verified

Manufacturing scope is declared by the manufacturer. A self-declared detail is not a verified one, and uploading a document does not, on its own, verify it.

What PharmXchange does not do

PharmXchange also does not audit a manufacturing facility; guarantee quality, compliance or delivery; act as an e-pharmacy, distributor, broker or agent; or guarantee leads, orders or sales.

Buyers and manufacturers remain responsible for their own due diligence, quality agreements and commercial terms.
