Event contact notice
CPHI & WHX — Contact Privacy and Communication Choices
This short notice explains how PharmXchange Private Limited handles an event contact enquiry. It complements, and does not replace, the full Privacy Policy.
What we collect and why
We collect the business contact details, role, enquiry and event/source information that you provide. Required fields are used to record and respond to your business enquiry; optional fields are clearly marked. We also use limited security, technical and attribution information needed to protect the form, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, understand event engagement and diagnose failures.
Basic contact sharing asks PharmXchange to record your enquiry and respond to it. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your communication choices
WhatsApp and email marketing choices are separate, optional and initially unchecked. If an event form presents an optional channel choice and you select it, you can withdraw that channel permission separately. Providing a phone number, email address, event badge, QR/NFC interaction or business enquiry does not itself opt you in to marketing.
We may still respond to your submitted enquiry and send messages necessary to operate a requested service, address fraud/safety concerns or comply with law, as described in the full Privacy Policy.
Who receives the information
Authorized PharmXchange staff and service providers supporting hosting, form security, customer service, analytics/attribution and other relevant Platform operations may process information only as needed for these purposes. Processing or access can involve providers and business contacts in different countries, subject to applicable law and the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy questions, withdrawal and grievances
To ask a privacy question, withdraw a channel permission or raise a grievance, contact pharmxchange5@gmail.com or +91 92742 20185. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, patient records or unnecessary identity evidence by ordinary email.
